Infant Learning Program (ILP)
from birth to 3 years old
Fueling dreams for future generations.
Because every child deserves the best start.
Our program provides early intervention services that will enhance early childhood development and can be a life-changing experience. Without the right services, a child with delays may be impacted significantly with age.
Early intervention services are directly linked to a child’s future success.
If your child is found eligible for the program, ILP will work with your family to develop goals and identify services on an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Services are provided in the child's home whenever possible to promote the best opportunities for development.
Services
We have a true passion for helping families holistically and offer wrap around services to get you the support you need.
Early evaluation and support is key
If there are concerns that a child may have developmental delays, disabilities, or medical diagnoses that may affect future development, call our Infant Learning Program.
We'll discuss your concerns and schedule a comprehensive developmental evaluation to assess your child's strengths and areas of need.

Ongoing support
Ongoing case management
We’ll meet with your family during the enrollment process to determine your needs and aspirations for your child and what you envision as hallmarks of success for your family and lifestyle. We then work together to create a service plan that lays out realistic goals with natural next steps for your child and family.
Our developmental specialists will bring insights from your child’s evaluation along with research-based evidence on what’s appropriate for your child. We’ll make sure you get all the right services and resources.
Monthly home visits
You’ll receive specialized coaching and guidance on how to translate therapy visits into your home to best support your child’s development. We’ll introduce new ideas and methods to your parenting style to help you communicate with your child and build their cognitive skills.
For children with special conditions, including vision or hearing impairment or a medical diagnosis with a developmental delay, we’ll help you understand the condition and bring evidence-based strategies for supporting your child.
Connecting you with resources
We can help you get access to a variety of local, state and national resources. For children who come into our program with rare conditions, we’ll find specific resources to support families in unique situations.
When there are other children in the home, we’ll bring resources to help your household stick to your plan goals. We’ll also connect you to resources as your needs evolve even if it’s not in your family plan.
Referrals to specialized services
Our developmental specialists, or families themselves, sometimes notice that a child has additional needs beyond the services we offer. We build a network of support around families and will find the right expert in any field or specialty for your needs. Whether it’s referrals to local school districts, speech therapy, or other resources, we’ll direct you to providers who can address your needs.
As a child grows out of the ILP program after the age of 3, they can continue with our Watch Me Grow Program.
