Promoting the independence of Alaskans

If you have struggled finding or maintaining a job because of a mental or physical disability and need assistance, you may qualify for Frontier’s Employment Services.

We can help you complete an application with Alaska’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and understand the process. When you have a referral to Frontier, we'll get you on your way with a plan to get work.

Your future is boundless with Frontier

If you have been referred to us from DVR, our Employment Specialists will help identify your strengths and look for positions based on your interests. They will meet with you one-on-one weekly as you work on your goals towards stable employment.

We can also work with DVR to connect you to local trainings and certifications, help you apply for educational institutions and programs and help set your long-term career goals.
